well, i love moulin rouge a whole damn lot so i've put one of the soundtracks on my blog.
i like it partly WAS because shawn foo used to sing 'your song' , 'come what may' and 'elephant love medley' to me. but that's besides the point because moulin rouge is by far one of the best movies i've watched. the impression it creates is dreamy and fantasy-like. romance, love, friendship and passion all in 1 movie. so if you have never ever heard of moulin rouge, please google it and watch it by downloading or streaming it, i don't know. (:


oh, and it kinda reminds me when i was sec 1, a bloody school girl who knows zilch about musicals, romance, love and passion. i just saw the preview of the movie and decided "HEY, it's a good show, i must watch it.", so i brought my girlfriends (cath, anny, sheena, luvena(!!!)) to tampines GV one of the next few days and watched it. you know what? ALL except sheena and i fell asleep because we knew nothing about such stuffs. but since i was the one who told us to watch it, i must stay awake and think it's a good movie. and i proved myself right, indeed it was a good movie.

they actually slept through the entire of the mid section, approximately 40mins of the movie but woke towards the ending where satine (lead actress nicole kidman) agreed to go out with the duke and 'breaks up' with christian (lead actor ewan mcgregor). they sang 'el tango de roxanne', the most hair-raising part of the whole movie. the orchestra is awesome, the violin soloist is greeeeeaat (x100), the singers are being felt, the type of intensity..
love it. i can listen to the song on repeat for hours btw.

ah, i love the show so much.

my secondary school days. i'm a full-flegded nonsense girl since i was a kid. undeniable.

i seriously love my secondary school & friends.

ohoh, sheena redeemed herself. lol. because she left anny's birthday surprise halfway, she amended by giving anny a birthday dinner treat. HAHA, i was invited to enjoy the perks at TCC too. wha, the bill came up to $144 for just 3 main courses, 2 sides, 2 desserts and 3 drinks. gosh, crazy. but we left happy.. the food was served nice and hot, the waiters/resses are friendly and pretty cute and the atmosphere was good. can't thank sheena enough for the treat. i just hope we all can hang out together more often.

lucas said this in the MRT "you should call them out more often, i see you so happy when you're out with them." ;D made me think so much. i'm so thankful for such lovely people to be in my life, very much.


the people around you are your rewards. what you deserve are given to you.
so maybe if one day you're feeling so depressed and unjust, think.
is it because you haven't been treating those around you better?
is it because you took them for granted?
is it because you never took them seriously?
is it because you never respected them enough?
be nice to others and they will too.
think about how you treat others and you'll know why you're being treated like that.


however, it's only true to a certain extent.
BECAUSE SOMETIMES, kindness ain't reciprocal.
like this friend who scolded me "hum ka chan, hor gao gan" when i did nothing to offend him/them.
really stabbed me straight in my face without even having a guilty conscience of doing so.
i seriously won't stoop to their level. i realise how lowly it is.
sorry i'm sure i'm a billion times better than you are. and that the way you misused your authority just to arouse pity from others is uhm.. bulimic. and people agree with me.
i do not sympathise with your situation. i'm digusted by you. yucks. ew. ewwwww. losers.
