new hair cut

slogging our guts out totally aint enough
we're all getting irritated of the fact we're getting from bad to worse.. not all of us.. i mean.. the sec 3's..
we are being blamed for not doing a good job and have not tried hard enough to improve on the juniors weak points.. is tat true...? i so object to it.
it is not tat the sec 3's who are not trying.. it is the juniors who are not helping.. i haven done most of the conductings but yes, i have told my juniors wat they were supposed and not supposed to do. well.. after telling them, they changed.. yes, for only a day or 2.. is tat OUR fault..?! think again.. we have repeated not once or twice.. even we tell them every band practice, they might not change... well... they might change both techniques and of course, attitude towards the leaders... they will find us SO irritating. they might juz quit band. and i tell YOU *hint hint*, we're all doing our jobs so stop telling us we are not as good as blah blah blah. dun compare us to anyone else. if their so great, why not hire them!? all the good-for-nothings quit band la.. u are so insulting us.
u say we have not tried. ARE YOU SURE? let's take an example. there is a performance. u planned and organised everything properly from A to Z. u did all ur plannings so well.. u put in ur best effor for this performance thinking tat it will all come out well.. but when the day comes, it all becomes messy and disorganised. u cant help it can u..?!u tried to prevent it from happening but still.. it is all fated.. it is juz like us, the section leaders, we have done and said so much.. repeating all we have siad.. "sit up straight when playing..blah blah blah.." but it turned out to be the usual... is tat our fault..? tat the juniors all turn on deaf ears?! if we leaded the way like how HE told us to, do u think there would be more than 30 pple in the band..?! if a person gives u an attitude, would u like him..?! no rwite..!? if we give our juniors an attitude, they would so hate us... yah, we all only want dedicated members in band.. so the juniors muz tolerate us. name me more than 30 juniors dedicated to the band.. cant u tell the seniors are so dedicated..?! we are all trying to motivate them already.. but after a motivation comes a scolding and nagging form the 'u-know-who'... plus 1 point, minus 2 points becomes a negative..
now dat u have said tat, i rweally feel... so.. useless and irritated tat the fact tat u dun trust us tat we have done our jobs... u want us to dig our hearts out to prove tat we are all sincere in improving the band and have been slogging our guts out in helping the band improve wateva shit..!?! i so wanna do wat i cannot do. i muz tolerate. i bet wif u, 70% of the seniors has been tolerating. if tolerating aint good enough, i have no say man...

its midnight and i am not sleeping.. there is band tmr.. lucky it starts at 1.30.. can wake up late.. C: went out wif yilin and wendy today.. had rweal loads of fun.. all the cwap i made.. so lame.. "cant take it.." reply from wendy " well.. den leave it.." uRgh.. joke expired.. went to bugis sakae sushi.. ate this sashimi.. almost puked while chewing on it.. tastes horrible! uRgH.. but.. haha, i swallowed it realising tat i was about to puke if i continued chewing on it. first time in sakae.. rweally cwool.. i am so freaking "sua ku" but.. cant help it.. i am me.
