24th-26th november 2006. international freestyle competition.




the weekends were spent skating and having fun(: loads of laughter and joy. well, especially for me.




friday 24th nov -




met up with east siders/sliders. namely reeve, jasmine, wilsonp2, zhenyu, quanyang and brandon. we reached cityhall a lil earlier than 10am. then met up with kaishi, maria, kat, zac, small zac, pekkun and pekann at cityhall. considered late because we were supposed to reach at 10am but we were early for the event. impromptu decision to join the speed slalom for all girls. and unfortunately i tripped over the damned speakers' wires like minutes before the comp. and i pulled a muscle or vein. crap. it's still swelled now. but nvm. back to the speed slalom. AHHH. . T_T i cannot coordinate my legs to the cones can! bla. what a fool i was. 120s. 100 mistakes. LOLS :x



but grats to elbre and zhu for winning. the rest of the girls also better like 2million times than me. ha. nevermind. will fare better next year! don't wanna throw my face AGAIN! hahaha. *and i fell in like with sebastian leffargue <33 hahahaha. i think he's an eligible bachelor! HAHA. french and cute. :3 HA HA. okay, im talking nonsense.





anyway, in the sliding competition i got 1st!!! hahaha, yea right. 1st runner up la. lols. BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. having to compete with xiao zhu(considered singapore's best slider/ better than most guys) and kat(1st runner up for slalomania) and kaishi(2nd runner up for slalomania) and maria(can do korean and fast wheel, i can't) and jasmine(can do soyal and forward unity, and i can't) and elbriena(can do fastwheel and i can't), hello, where do i stand?! -_-




but anyway, was VERY DAMNED SHOCKED LA. barry went "2nd place.. lynn fu." me: WHAT QUESTION MARK EXCLAIMATION MARK ME DOTDOTDOT QUESTION MARK 0.o? HUH? with a freaking dumb ankle injury caused by some stupid wire.. by thrashing all my slides and inflicting pain on my injury, i can win ah? and besides that, xiaozhu was before me. she did all those WHOAOMGSIANZZZ slides la. T_T so freaking pissed with myself right after we finished our slides. thought that i sucked bad. was emoing at the carpark at the back of the convention hall la. x_x okay that's supposed to be something personal. because nobody told me i did well. so apparently i did not do well. then.. most of them expecting the same results as slalomania. and i'm just like THERE so they can open the women's freestyle sliding category..




bahh. they told me not to belittle myself. but the look on their faces told me i did not deserve it. aikes. nevermind. will practise even harder. '3 more palaces, 2 more castles and 1 more bungalow' for improvement. aka there's room for improvement. okay, shall stop side tracking.




saturday 25th nov -



went out with the usual kids. ((: reeve, jasmine, kaixiang, javier, lucas, sky, elbre and ivan. were playing at the arcade. had to go home because he threatened to do that again. besides he said he'll slap me infront of them. and because i don't want that to happen, i decided to obey and not rebel so i went back home. bahh. thanks to lucas for paying the cabfare. T_T damn i need a part-time job soon. $$$ not enough.




sunday 26th nov -



went to toa payoh to check out our 'renovation in progress' home ground. woke up a lil too late but managed to catch the bus to toa payoh with the icians. *he called and said "you wake up alr? i was afraid you couldnt get up in time and will be late so i called to check. you must eat your breakfast HOR. okaybye." and he hunged. it's funny how men find it so hard to speak. it was nice because i felt that he was more like the dad i wanted him to be. unlike the one the day before.*




btw.. din get to perform the slides at the cc. everyone was encouraging me NOT to skate. DUMB ANKLE INJURY! become some te kah(pig leg). well. thanks to ALL for taking care of me anyway.. (x feel so nice. then at 12pm went to suntec for the national freestyle competition. the godly slalom skater KIM SUNG JIN came. (but i still like sebastian HA HA) then watched all the slalom skaters do their thing. most icians are inspired to do freestyle slalom now. lols. cuz they make it look damn easy and fun. hahaha. bla! i shall master the art of sliding first. then i do slalom. if not i'd seriously be a jack of all trades but a master of none. that's what cat threw at me last time T_T




lynn, jia you. i can do it yea! okay. then at night they had the prize presentation. got a medal and a micro skate bag that costs 99bucks. 0.o yay? i'm glad i got to chance to stand up there. haha. will go up more often from today. I MUST MAKE SURE OF THAT. i'll prove to you it's not a one time thing. it's gonna be long-term. i hope you can stop looking at me with hatred in your eyes. i'm already trying very hard but you don't seem to give me any leeway. sighs. anyway, we bid our goodbyes to igor and sebastian(he hugged us. damn he's making me like him a lot)




and we left for dinner.. AT CARL'S JUNIOR! hahaha. first time eating at carl's junior. bla. dont know what was good or not.. so just randomly picked and ordered. so after dinner and all they had a game of amazing race. LOLS. HOW AMAZING. damn hilarious. shall not elaborate. it's only funny if you see it. okay.. then i left for home. the rest went to exp rink to skate. IDIOT. all the people who have holidays.. BAHH. they leave me out T_T. saddening. but nvm, now i got all that i got, i'm happy, VERY VERY HAPPY IN FACT, i'm going to study hard! and practise on a regular basis for next year's comp! good luck in advance to everyone!

i think i have been studying. well, maybe. this whole week was quiz week. apparently i had to take some time to revise and practise my formulae and all the crap.. math.. MIGHT be able to pass. my new classmates helped me. ((: hahaha. this guy named dino was telling me the x-36 is (square root of 6+6)(square root of 6-6).. hahaha. and from this i knew how to do the rest of the limits work. whee. well, i like my math tutorial class. the people are nice. ((: yay. i starting to like the change.. because.. I HAVE A LOT OF FRIENDS IN MY SCHOOL! hahaha :x i go around and i'm like "HI..*smiles*". lols. so cool la. I AM FAMOUS! more famous than lucas's maple char. :x WAHAHAHAHAHA. whatever. i'm bored. got nothing to say. anyway.. tmr's another sliding comp. T_T now it's the international comp. sad. never practised because whole week was occupied by the quizzes. sighs. term tests are in 3 weeks. miserable. oh well. i'm in computer engineering. 0.o hahaha. bless me.

i'm such a lazybum. din skate on fri.. but i went to the rink and bummed around. went out with javier, jasmine, reeve, kaixiang, lucas, sky and marcus to ps for a movie- flushed away. good movie!!! go and watch! :D and sun.. skated a lil here and there. din wanna tire myself out since school's later at 9am. x_x darn. i hope the holidays will start soon again for us poly students.. sighs!




ANYWAY... will be off from the comp ASAP. don't wanna skip school. CUZ I MUST PASS THIS SEMESTER! anyway, not just good but the BEST OF LUCK to my FAVOURITE O LEVEL STUDENTS! namely WENDYmybabycuzzie(!!!), JASMINEsweetie(ic), girlfriendZHUZHU, MARIAsweets, RONstrawberry and PECK ANN!!! okay.. i better get going.
