sheena and eug have been coping well for a long time alr..
eddy got himself a job as a marketing executive. wooo~~

and also, thinking of halloween just makes me so excited. (:
it's confirmed!!! yay, i'd be going for the voodoo party at zouk.. whee.

i've made myself preoccupied with it and it works.
at least i'm not that needy anymore. :l

well, i love moulin rouge a whole damn lot so i've put one of the soundtracks on my blog.
i like it partly WAS because shawn foo used to sing 'your song' , 'come what may' and 'elephant love medley' to me. but that's besides the point because moulin rouge is by far one of the best movies i've watched. the impression it creates is dreamy and fantasy-like. romance, love, friendship and passion all in 1 movie. so if you have never ever heard of moulin rouge, please google it and watch it by downloading or streaming it, i don't know. (:


oh, and it kinda reminds me when i was sec 1, a bloody school girl who knows zilch about musicals, romance, love and passion. i just saw the preview of the movie and decided "HEY, it's a good show, i must watch it.", so i brought my girlfriends (cath, anny, sheena, luvena(!!!)) to tampines GV one of the next few days and watched it. you know what? ALL except sheena and i fell asleep because we knew nothing about such stuffs. but since i was the one who told us to watch it, i must stay awake and think it's a good movie. and i proved myself right, indeed it was a good movie.

they actually slept through the entire of the mid section, approximately 40mins of the movie but woke towards the ending where satine (lead actress nicole kidman) agreed to go out with the duke and 'breaks up' with christian (lead actor ewan mcgregor). they sang 'el tango de roxanne', the most hair-raising part of the whole movie. the orchestra is awesome, the violin soloist is greeeeeaat (x100), the singers are being felt, the type of intensity..
love it. i can listen to the song on repeat for hours btw.

ohoh, sheena redeemed herself. lol. because she left anny's birthday surprise halfway, she amended by giving anny a birthday dinner treat. HAHA, i was invited to enjoy the perks at TCC too. wha, the bill came up to $144 for just 3 main courses, 2 sides, 2 desserts and 3 drinks. gosh, crazy. but we left happy.. the food was served nice and hot, the waiters/resses are friendly and pretty cute and the atmosphere was good. can't thank sheena enough for the treat. i just hope we all can hang out together more often.

lucas said this in the MRT "you should call them out more often, i see you so happy when you're out with them." ;D made me think so much. i'm so thankful for such lovely people to be in my life, very much.

movie smilers with the skaters.
the show is pretty good, almost similar story as the mighty ducks but in japanese.
kids with talent but no proper training are put together in a ice hockey team called smilers. each of them has a minor flaw but a man who has totally no idea about ice hockey comes into the team as their coach. he is being put to the test by making the team win a tournament so that he can marry the school principal's daughter.
yea, that's a huge spoiler, i know. :b doesn't matter just watch it cus the show is really funny and heart-warming. oh, if i'm not wrong the show is screened only in cathay cineplex cinemas. (: worth the 10bucks.

anyway, going to st james tonight with kat&jasmine&ziyi&friends. hmm. hopefully the music there would be good. and also, yay, i can find scandals, if i am undecent enough to make myself accept one.
fyi, dbl O are for good drinkers only. if you get drunk easily, please do not go dbl O cus the drinks are too cheap, you'll get disgustingly high. i got grinded and kissed by a very high/drunk girl when i went there last month and i touched her ass. HAHA. i'm so evil, shut up, she wanted it so i did it.

girls who behave like such are most likely wasted and shouldn't be sympathized. i'm glad i always remain sober cus i hate the taste of alcohol so i don't drink. hurray to me! LOL.

Haven't been presenting photos to my readers lately because of my emotional turmoil that turned my mood upside down. now i've updated, uploaded photos and been on a happier note. (: actually, life has been REEEEEAAAAALLLY great. i ice skated with the skaters, had great fun watching smilers at cineleisure and eating at the coffee club, laughed, joked, bitched. had an incredible blast with my girlfriends for a birthday surprise and stayover. had redundant shopping with my family for whatever i wanted/not really needed. boyfriend accompanied me through most of all that i went through. hahaha. that included my period luh. :b

but oh it's over, it doesn't happen very often actually. it's funny why my mood swings were so terrible this time.

Isetan Private Sale @ SCOTTS ... 2:00pm
left the house at 12.20pm and headed to scotts for the isetan private sale. uh, needless to say..
it was people mountain people sea. all the rich and not-so-rich taitais and housewives shopping like typical aunties in a flea market, rummaging through the racks of on-discount items.
all the women in the family went there (mom, 2 sisters and me), i was so tired to shop so i just stood beside my mom like i was a man waiting for the wife to finish shopping. but lucky my dad came over in a jiffy to replace me. had lunch at pepper lunch. my first time dining in pepper lunch.
sorry i quite sua ku. and i don't quite fancy the taste of pepper. but it wasn't bad, i liked it.
dad had beef steak and mom had beef pepper rice.
that's my salmon pepper rice. the corn is goooooood. the rice is nice. beef is better than salmon btw.
and this is the result of shopping in a sale. buy whatever that you want/might not need.
i only bought 2 items. but my items added up to $200 only. so the unbelievable amount spent isn't by me.
look at the $900+ receipt. above the total amount is SALVATORE FERRAGRAMO.

lucas and i camwhored while dad drove us to ikea tampines.
nothing much happened. but we shopped for bloody 5 hours and more.
bought stuffs that i am using now for my room. like duhhh.

ate a sumptuous meal before we started. swedish meatballs, baked chicken leg, poached salmon, fried wings, chicken chop and meatball pasta. children's day and the crowd was damn crazy.
everyone was at ikea to dine in is it? wth.
legs aching from all the walking. so i rested on one of the displays in the self-serve furniture area.
the chair looks reserved for me especially. (:
yea, it's totally mine.
got home really late, can tell that my room is still in quite a bit of mess.
